Accounting Generalist
Job Responsibilities:Perform Accounting activities for the NA GBU’s that have been transitioned by GLSS including:· Perform transactional SOX testing for assigned GBU’s· Ensure that evidence of review and approval is obtained for SOX controls maintained at the GBU’s· Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations for assigned processes· Identify and raise issues relating to assigned processes.· Perform completeness testing of journal entries and reconciliations for assigned GBU’s· Provide assistance in the Intercompany confirmation and reconciliation process as required· Prepare and analyze complex account reconciliations· Identify and raise issues around responsible processes· Provide assistance in the processing of Fixed Asset accounting as required· Other duties as assigned
