This position pays $9.00 and is part time. Resolves guest billing disputes and guest requests. Researches and resolves disputes, prepares journal entries, and contacts guest by phone or fax. Answers customer service calls and completes phone request form. Researches and responds to charge inquiries. Sends copies of guest folios via fax or mail.
