Finance and Administration Assistant
Description:
The Finance and Administration Assistant, under the direction of the Associate Vice President of Purchasing, will provide administrative support to the department.
Responsibilities:
-Distributes mail, orders supplies, prepares memos, correspondence, and reports, and coordinates materials for meetings and training sessions.
-Maintains records for tax exempt state sales and use certificates, maintains vendor files, and serves as departmental administrator for AFConnect.
-Greets and assists visitors for the Arthritis Foundation National Office and building tenants and handles phone calls on the central phone console.
-Regular work schedule is 37.5 hours per week, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
