Convention Svc. Administrative Assistant
Position Summary:
Answer phones, type correspondence, and assist guest as needed. Qualifies telephone inquiries by determining client’s needs and specifications for referral to a Catering Manager, a Sales Manager or Convention Services Manager. Process and distribute appropriate paperwork to clients and hotel operational departments. Maintain office equipment, order office supplies and general office responsibilities necessary to operate a professional, clean and well maintained office environment. Ability to communicate orally and in written form, in English. Must have excellent computer skills in Delphi, Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, and Libica. Process internal and external VIP requests, assist in travel plans and scheduling for managers, and other duties as requested by management. (
