Administrative Assistant II
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs clerical and secretarial duties in support of a director level employee and staff including the handling of sensitive details and assignments
Coordinates the director’s schedule, expenses, meetings, travel, etc. Schedules appointments as needed
Monitors all incoming calls, messages and mail, handling as many responses as possible independently with a prescribed degree of discretion
Organizes, prioritizes and summarizes data, materials and information. Prepares reports and summaries and organizes data for the director’s review
Anticipates, prepares/revises and sends correspondence on behalf of the director
Creates, maintains, updates and reconciles spreadsheets and various reports to support the director’s decision making process
