Provides legal and policy advice to managerial, investigatory and administrative staff members in the Atlanta office regarding the processing of complaints and compliance reviews, including investigations, negotiations, and monitoring of corrective action plans. Participates in the development of investigatory strategy and in the full range of investigatory activities associated with a case, including the gathering and analyzing of information needed to assess regulatory compliance. Monitors the implementation of agreements to address problems identified through the evaluation of information from recipients.
