Position Description
Chartis has an opportunity for a Claims Attorney in its Aviation Division.
The key responsibilities for this position are as follows:
Oversee, supervise, and directly handle aviation related liability and property claims.
This will include supervision of internal personnel, outside attorneys, litigation and direct interaction with key clients and producing brokers.
Position will be required to attend trials, mediations, settlement conferences and marketing meetings.
Position will evaluate, train and supervise staff.
Position requires travel mostly within the U.S. with occasional travel overseas.
