Job Profile:
Thompson Technologies is seeking a Banking Fraud Detection professional for a 5 month contract in Atlanta, GA.
Responsibilities:
Investigating and preventing losses on deposit accounts through fraud detection reports, through escalated or referred fraud cases from front line employees, Corporate Bank Operations and other entities.
Documenting fraudulent activity, decision making and resolution of items on case management system.
Initiate closing procedures on fraudulent accounts and minimizing losses.
Responsible for root cause analysis and the identification of fraud loss trends and making recommendations to adjust fraud parameters within detection systems.
