Banking Business Development Officers
Job Summary:
Flagstar Bank is seeking an individual to join its retail banking team as a business development officer. This individual will be assigned to specific groups of banking centers and will work with those banking centers to originate micro business banking loans and deposits.
Responsibilities:
-Achieves balance growth and profitability targets.
-Acquires new business banking customer relationships.
- Leads the micro business banking process for the assigned banking center teams.
-Manages customer calling efforts for assigned banking center teams.
-Provides business banking guidance to assigned banking center teams.
-Retains and expands existing business banking customers.
-Works effectively with cash management specialist partners.
-Additional duties as assigned by management.
