HR Generalist-Call Center
The HR Generalist-Call Center provides call/contact center support primarily in employee relations, recruiting, and facilitating more centralized HR functions. This role will serve as the first point of contact for all employee inquiries relating to HR owned processes. This individual will answer day-to-day questions regarding payroll, benefits, and policies. Recruiting is ongoing throughout the year, however, it may consume up to 85% of the generalist’s time during the busy summer season. Recruiting experience, therefore, is critical.
As the lone member of the HR team at a remote location, the generalist must be experienced and knowledgeable of HR practices. This independent role also requires a reliable individual who can function without immediate management oversight, be extremely responsive, proactive, and know when to seek support or counsel from Corporate Human Resources.
