Description:
A mortgage, loan processing, claims processing or research background is a PLUS. Proficiency with basic Word and Excel and the ability to multi-task is required. The inbound customer service experience we are seeking must be within the last or current year and an environment where up to 70+ calls a day were received.
Candidates that will be considered must meet the above criteria as well as possess a clean and clear criminal background.
