Work at Home Call Center Representative Inbound
Work From Home! Customer Service Representative- temp to hire. Will be answering incoming calls for a call center in the Perimeter Mall area. After 6 weeks in the call center, the positions will move to work at home positions. Customers will be calling regarding their cell phone bills and service. Must be able to handle irate customers and must be able to multi-task. Will be required to use empathy to assist customers with billing inquiries, payment arrangements, due date extensions, general billing questions, and cell phone service issues. Must be able to type 30wpm.
