Call Center - Customer Service Representative
Description :
This Customer Service position serves as the primary contact for all external customers. You will be charged with receiving and responding to customers’ needs as they are presented. In most cases, these customer interactions usually result in the creation and / or validation of a pickup, delivery work order or case for any complex issue resolution. This position will require you to process all client requests received real time via email, fax, or phone into an operational database. This is a contract position, through Volt Workforce Solutions - a division of a Fortune 1000 publicly traded Staffing Industry Leader, based in Atlanta, GA.
