Call Center Collector
Position Summary:
The Call Center Collector assists in the collection of and or managing the collection of payments on short term loans. Minimize delinquent loan collections for department through collection activities and negotiation.
Essential Functions:
-Knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act, the Consumer Collection Act and state and federal laws applying to collection activities.
-Knowledge of predictive dialing systems and VOIP
-The ability to communicate clearly, professionally, effectively verbally and in writing.
-Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to multi-task.
-Work efficiently with attention to detail
-Working knowledge of call center terminology and technologies.
