Call Center BA Immediate Opening
Description:
Candidate must have been a BA on a CRM application. Must have healthcare insurance experience. Must be strong in USE Cases and able to conduct UAT testing. Must be flexible and be able to reprioritize quickly and must have worked with mulitple databases. Experience in CEM (siebel) is a nice to have for this position.
