Patient Care Associate

Assist nurses in all aspects of patient care and daily living activities for patients to include:
1. Attends to the physical appearance of the patient to include baths, hair care, oral care, and nail care.
2. Turns and positions patients
3. Assists with feedings as needed.
4. Observes and measures and records all intake and output
5. Takes and records vital signs
6. Removes catheters and staples as directed.
