Personal Care Assistant
Perform personal care activities contained in a care plan written by the Nursing Supervisor which includes but is not limited to: Assisting the patient with activities of daily living, such as ambulation, eating, dressing, personal hygiene, and meal preparation. Perform light housekeeping tasks that will facilitate the patient’s self-care at home. These tasks include, but are not limited to vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, laundry, and cleaning bathrooms. Responsible for documentation of service provided, using the Client Care Record. Additional requirements: High school graduate or GED Registered as a Certified Nurse Aid with the Georgia DHR Nurse Aide Registry. Right at Home in North Atlanta is a Drug Free Workplace.
