Job Description:
Assist nurses in all aspects of patient care and daily living activities for patients to include:
-Attends to the physical apperance of the patient to include baths, hair care, oral care, and nail care.
-Turns and positions patients
-Assists with feedings as needed.
-Observes and measures and records all intake and output
-Takes and records vital signs
-Removes catheters and staples as directed.
