Front Desk Agent
The Front Desk Agent will:
-Greet customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome. Use a positive and clear speaking voice, listen to understand requests, respond with appropriate action and provide accurate information such as outlet hours and local attractions.
-Complete the registration process by inputting and retrieving information with routine difficulty from a computer system, confirming pertinent information including number of guests and room rate. Promote Hotel’s marketing programs. Make appropriate selection of rooms based on guest needs. Code electronic keys. Non-verbally confirm the room number and rate. Provide welcome folders containing room keys, certificates, coupons and refreshment center keys as appropriate. Requires continual standing and movement throughout front office area.
-Verify and imprint credit cards for authorization using electronic acceptance methods. Handle cash, make change and balance an assigned house bank. Accept and record vouchers, travellers checks, and other forms of payment. Convert foreign currency at current posted rates. Perform accurate, moderately complex arithmetic functions using a calculator. Post charges to guest rooms and house accounts using the computer.
-Promptly answer the telephone using positive and clear English communication. Input messages into the computer. Retrieve messages and communicate the content to the guest. Retrieve mail, small packages and facsimiles for customers as requested.
-Close guest accounts at time of check out and ascertain satisfaction. In the event of dissatisfaction, negotiate compromise, which may include authorizing revenue allowances.

VP Agent Bank Sales
Responsibilities
The Vice President of Agent Bank Sales will have direct responsibilities for signing new agent banks. This Vice President must work directly with the RBS WorldPay Sales VPs and Sales Managers to win over banks and to rollout the program to the banks. The incumbent will be measured by the number of new branches that join our program, the number of leads generated by those branches and the overall gross margin produced.
The ideal candidate must be a highly motivated impact player with a network of banks to start the pipeline. The candidate is expected to possess and maintain an extensive knowledge of electronic payment processing, including interchange fees, pricing schedules, MC/Visa rules and regulations, processing solutions including hardware and software options, and industry trends within the acquiring business. They must also have knowledge of RBS WorldPay product offerings, sales management, underwriting, merchant boarding and lead development.

Contractor Care Agent
As a Kineticom Contractor Care Agent, proven strong customer service skills are essential because a primary responsibility is to build and maintain strong relationships with new contractors throughout their career with Kineticom. Other responsibilities include:
-Management of all on-boarding paperwork – this includes creation of employee files, training on documents, and collection of all necessary forms
-Work closely with the Finance department to ensure accurate & on-time pay for each contractor
-Bi-weekly quality calls to each contractor
-Process background checks & drug screens
-Coordinate laptop & equipment shipments to new hires
-Prompt issue resolution, performance counseling and project end notification
-Exit Interviews and annual Customer Satisfaction Surveys
-Act as liaison between the contractors and our Recruiters and Account Managers
-Document communications and interactions with clients and contractors in our applicant tracking system (HireDesk)
-Additional administrative tasks include – revising existing contracts, writing employment verification letters, conducting financial audits on timesheets & expenses, etc.
-Special projects as needed

Operate telephone switchboard station in order to answer telephone calls. Log all guest requests or issues into computer, contact appropriate individual or department (e.g., Bellperson, Housekeeping), and follow up with guest to ensure their request has been met to their satisfaction. Provide information to guests about room features, property amenities, and local areas of interest. Assist guests with accessing the internet. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
