POSITION PURPOSE
The Contact Center Associate works in a call center environment in Home Depot’s Associate Support Center that provides quality customer service to associates and managers by handling inbound calls related to pay and HR issues and ensuring the caller’s needs are met in a timely manner. The contact center associate:
- handles incoming calls, identifies and documents issue, processes the necessary transaction or escalates the issue to Tier II for further research and resolution
- supports organization changes through high volume transactional support as needed
- processes transaction requests received via call, mail, fax or email.

RN Mgr - Kidney Center/Apheresis
Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Oversees the operations of the unit to ensure smooth and efficient patient care management. Assures appropriate patient assignments to beds and staff. Completes daily rounding on patients and staff to ensure quality provision of care.
2. Manages the unit to ensure patient and employee satisfaction while promoting safety and retention. Serves as a real-time resource and assists with clinical expertise for unit staff and physicians for problem-solving on patients, processes, and family issues.
3. Coordinates quality initiatives and process improvements. Aligns and manages to metrics.
4. Develops leadership skills among staff including communication, decision-making problem-solving/critical thinking and employee engagement. Leads the development of staff and supports career advancement opportunities. Functions as a role model and encourages staff to participate in their own development.
5. Facilitates unit meetings and shared governance / leadership efforts.

Overview:
Under general supervision, provides customer service activities related to picking up and delivery orders to and from FedEx Office centers and customer’s place of business. Responsibilities are accomplished by driving a company vehicle and ensuring that regular servicing and cleaning of vehicles is conducted. The PUD Courier will receive daily route information from a centralized dispatcher. The dispatcher will have the ability to add or remove stops from the route as needed. The PUD Courier may also be asked to perform other duties within a FedEx Office center, if there is a period of time where they are not assigned any pick-up/delivery activity.

POSITION PURPOSE
The Contact Center Supervisor manages a team of 10 - 15 associates in a contact center environment that provide quality customer service to Home Depot associates and managers by recording transactional data into the HR system, responding to pay and HR inquiries and escalating issues for further research as needed. Duties may include personnel issues, training, and customer service. Duties include:
- Supervising, coaching and providing counsel to contact center associates
- Ensuring issues are handled efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner
- Working directly with Managers to achieve all contact center goals and objectives
- Utilizing call routing and staffing applications such as Blue Pumpkin, CentreVu, CMS and other tools

Director, Ambulatory Surgery Center
