Description
In addition to completing complex Teller transactions, performs functions such a scheduling Teller line team, input into performance reviews and may participate in conducting reviews with Branch Manager or Assistant Branch Manager. Participates in the selection/hiring process of Tellers. Completes operational functions such as approving transactions, cash control, branch security, internal control. Demonstrates competency with all Teller application transactions and processing Teller operations. Identifies sales referral opportunities and makes appropriate referrals. Ensures that all Tellers are aware of, and participating in, achievement of sales and service goals. Responsible for coaching and development of Tellers, and Operations of Teller line. Advanced Teller and Basic Sales and Service skill set.
Supports branches with service oriented/higher consumer market transactions. Typically supervises 3-5 associates. Significant cash management, account reconciliation, and oversight responsibility experience preferred. Possesses Advanced Teller and Basic Sales and Service skills sets. Approximately 50% of time spent on customer transactional activities and remaining time spent on operations as well as coaching and development.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Overview:
Under general supervision, provides customer service activities related to picking up and delivery orders to and from FedEx Office centers and customer’s place of business. Responsibilities are accomplished by driving a company vehicle and ensuring that regular servicing and cleaning of vehicles is conducted. The PUD Courier will receive daily route information from a centralized dispatcher. The dispatcher will have the ability to add or remove stops from the route as needed. The PUD Courier may also be asked to perform other duties within a FedEx Office center, if there is a period of time where they are not assigned any pick-up/delivery activity.
