The Catering Coordinator supports and assists the Director of Catering and Convention Services in daily catering administrative duties. The person who will fills this important role will be responsible for interacting with guests, clients, and associates to ensure excellent guest service and to communicate the goals of the department. The ideal candidate will be a organized, personable and enthusiastic individual that keeps confidentiality as the highest priority. Other responsibilities may include but are not limited to: receiving incoming calls, handling guest and associate requests, being responsible for all BEO’s for in-house events, maintaining various tracking and filing systems, maintaing menus in Delphi and creating presentations. The catering coordinator will also be responsible for inquiries and bookings regarding the Bars when a representative from Bars is not available.

Flight Operations Training Coordinator
Overall Responsibilities:
Responsible for scheduling all flight crews for initial, upgrade and recurrent training, all of which is regulated by the FAA. Must coordinate and resolve all issues of simulator usage while integrating flight crews for the most efficient schedule for both.
Responsibilities:
- Schedules flight crews for simulator and ground training events
-Coordinates with Alteon and other companies on simulator time/availability/usage
-Resolves Alteon Simulator’s day-to-day scheduling conflicts based on training requirements and checking requirements
-Ensures simulator and flight crew availability for training/checking
-Ensures proper tracking and distribution of manuals for new hires (both flight attendants and pilots)
-Coordinates and schedules for new hire processing, fingerprinting, uniforms and drug testing

Duties & Responsibilities:
Under the general supervision of the Dean of Health and Public Safety Technologies Division, the program coordinator directs, organizes, plans, implements, evaluates a program that is consistent with preparing competent, entry-level physical therapist assistants. Responsible for monitoring the accreditation process for the Physical Therapist Assistant Program of Study. Develops and manages the Physical Therapist Assistant Program’s daily operation to include clinical services, contracts, administrative policies and procedures. Assists in managing the budget, including purchases of equipment and supplies. Monitors and manages the class schedules for the Physical Therapist Assistant Program, as well as the program master course schedule. Prepares and delivers quality curriculum with daily instruction of students. Under general supervision, demonstrates the use of appropriate teaching techniques. Demonstrates the use of appropriate testing and grading procedures including proper maintenance of grade books and any other appropriate record-keeping requirements. Demonstrates the effective use of oral and written communication skills and knowledge of current procedures in the Physical Therapist Assistant field.
