Duties will include the following: Data Entry, Receiving and Mailing Client documentation, Answering inbound calls, scheduling appointments, managing emails. This is a position in fast paced fun environment. The day will go fast, but you must be willing to work. Ability to multitask, attention to detail, and ethical behavior a must. Candidate must be efficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. This is a full time hourly position that requires 40 hours per week.

Directs problems which cannot be handled within Customer Service to the appropriate organization and follow up to ensure problem is resolved. Reports to Supervisor, Customer Service.
