Essential Job Functions
-Defines overall high-level program plans and interdependencies; manages communications between projects and sets appropriate objectives for project managers within a program (Management).
-Manages very large, highly complex projects or a program of related projects across all phases of the project life cycle (Management).
-Participates in contract negotiations with clients, sub-contractors and vendors (Management).
-Oversees assigned personnel for projects. Assigns work and provides direction with regard to timeliness and completion of project objectives. Addresses performance issues within prescribed guidelines. Provides performance input upon completion of projects. (Management).
-Educates and provides project management methodology consulting to company personnel (Methodology).

Executive Director - Georgia Food Bank Association
This will be the first time the Executive Director position has been a permanent, full time, paid position. Previously this position has been a volunteer of one of the member food banks. The Executive Director shall carry out the organizational goals and objectives, policies, procedures, and administrative duties of the Association as defined by the Board. The Executive Director will report regularly to the Board of Directors. Primarily, the Executive Director will raise food and funds, coordinate special projects on the part of the seven Feeding America Food Bank members, plan their meetings and actions decided upon by the membership, and coordinate education and advocacy by the members.
