Compensation Account Manager/Human Resources Specialist
Job Description
Job Summary: Compensation Account Manager- Reports to Sector Account Director- Responsible for assigned organizations (i.e., Divisions/Business Units) - Individual contributor role- Scope: US focused- Substantial internal contacts, across Siemens Sectors and in collaboration with Siemens Shared Services. Responsibilities:- Implementation of programs in respective divisions/business units- Partner with key leadership (Business Unit Heads/HR Directors) to understand the business needs, drivers in line with Sector strategy- Apply the Sector compensation strategy /designs to the Divisions/Business units in consultation with Sector Account Director- Identify needs beyond USA guidelines, as needed. Partner with Sector Account Director re: potential solutions and lead any implementation efforts.

Writes job specifications for external search firms, recruitment advertising for media sources, and internal job postings to publicize job openings. Develops productive relationships with college and university placement offices, external search firms, civic organizations, vocational schools, and high schools. Coordinates use of temporary service agencies, and the hiring and placement of temporary workers.
Conducts new associate orientations and monitors associate performance during training period. Assists in the supervision, training, and development of hourly human resources staff. Schedules, assigns, and monitors the completion of assigned tasks within the Human Resources Department.

Major Duties:
Serves as HR Center position management/classification functional authority and Supervisor of the classification unit. Performs the administrative and Human Resource functions, establishes guidelines,

Articulate and communicate to the staff classification assignments, projects,problems to be solved, actionable events, milestones, and/or program issues under review, and deadlines and time frames for completion. Identifies, distributes, and balances workload and tasks among employees in accordance with established workflow, skill level, and/or occupational specialization. Serves as the Center’s technical expert on implementing and administering position classification programs at the Center level. Acts as a consultant on program activities and objectives, priorities, identification of needs, resolution of problem areas, and other matters to assure
classification accuracy.
