Operations Manager
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to lead our US operation. You will be will be responsible for the P&L of the US operation and be key to achieving the US business plan. You will also perform the following duties:
-Preparing and updating the business plan for Microlise Engineering
-Recruitment of new personnel and development of existing personnel to achieve the objectives as defined in the business plan

IPR Manager
POSITION DESCRIPTION
Position Purpose
The Manager, Replenishment will lead a team of Analysts/Sr. Analysts that will be accountable for the successful execution of inventory plans for all replenishment activity for domestic, import and allocation. This leader is directly responsible for the consistent execution of common processes and algorithms that are used to reduce inventory variance. His / Her team will conduct flow analysis, stock balancing, ordering, finalize inventory requirements, generate orders, monitor / prioritize inbound containers, and review in stock performance for 600 million dollars of inventory, thousands of SKU’ s, and sales responsibility averaging 1.7 billion dollars annually. Requires regular interface with Demand Planning, Sr. Leadership, and cross functional peers to provide statistical analysis that will enable more accurate decision-making. Provides leadership, guidance, and direction to a large team of analysts; typically 9 - 12 direct reports.

Position Overview:
