General Manager
Job Duties Include: Manages, directs and ensures all lines of business for the office operate cost-effectively, efficiently and within the standards established by Walgreens-Option Care policies and procedures, the Corporate Compliance Program and other established rules and regulations governing the Healthcare industry. Meets or exceeds quarterly and annual established revenue growth, clinical and service standards of performance, cash flow and profit contribution goals and delivers a high degree of both internal and external customer satisfaction. Builds a cohesive, service-oriented, multidisciplinary team through recruitment and retention of qualified individuals, training and professional development of personnel and ensuring performance evaluations / annual reviews are current and reflect realistic challenging goals and objectives. Manages and works closely with the Department Managers to ensure the growth and success of the Walgreens-Option Care sites. Develops, implements, oversees and analyzes the budget, ensuring compliance with budgeted expenses, achievement of budgeted financial goals and completion of MBOs. Ensures compliance with local and federal regulations, JCAHO standards and corporate policies and procedures.

Commodity Risk Manager
Position Overview:
This position will lead Commodity Risk Management efforts within North America, report commodity risk management results from CEPG and Bottling Investments, and share best practices across multiple organizations. It will have the following specific responsibilities:
* Overall responsibility for CCNA Commodity Risk Management Programs for Corn and Energy which have an estimated spend in excess of $600MM annually. Will work closely with CCNA Executive Leadership, CCBSS, Treasury, and CCNA Procurement Director, to implement and execute programs as required.
* Responsible for coordinating all Commodity Risk Management Oversight Committee Meetings (CMROC), leading the discussions to choose the appropriate hedging strategy, documenting all approvals, coordinating execution of any financial hedge transactions through Treasury, and reporting results as appropriate.
* Will lead development of market outlook, analysis of alternatives, strategy development and execution of hedges via Treasury for CCNA energy programs.

-Create and manage forecast and inventory plans for each season and annual mailing cycle. Provide estimates of purchase flow, inventory costs, DC inventory levels, and inventory turn based on the annual marketing plans and budget guidelines.
-Create and manage and Open-to-Buy process based on approved inventory plans. Refresh reports at least bi-weekly and provide recommendations to inventory flow to remain within plan goals.
-Provide unit sales forecasts for all items for each season. Ensure that forecasts roll up to equal the marketing plan for sales and margin return. Document assumptions for forecasts for post-season review and analysis.
-Provide ongoing re-forecasts of merchandise in season based on sales trends and category seasonality. Ensure that seasonality is determined for each season in advance. Also ensure that item re-forecasts totals remain within the sales plans
