FORKLIFT OPERATOR
Job Description
AmeriCold Logistics, the largest provider of temperature controlled distribution services in the US, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join the team at our Tradewater facility.
Primary Responsibility: Unloads and loads customer product, scans product, and places it correctly in warehouse. Maintains a safe and clean work area.
Essential Functions:
1. Promote a safe work environment through personal actions. Identify any safety concerns, as well as cost saving opportunities.
2. Load and unload trucks and railcars. Move product onto pallet in correct position.
3. Scan product and move to loading area. Check for accuracy and placement.
4. Direct product to correct area in warehouse.
5. Pack product using shrink-wrap. Attach correct labels to product.
6. Move product safely using forklift, pallet jack or dock loader. Follow instructions for operating equipment.
7. Clear work area of loose wood and plastic. Sweep work area as needed.
8. Report faulty equipment, damage to racks, and other safety hazards to supervisor.
9. Inventory product as needed. Label, sort, wrap and tie product.
10. Other duties as requested.

Description
Performs activities in the radio studio and control room to ensure technical quality of sound for programs originating in the studio from syndications or from remote pickup points.
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
-Six months experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Special Job Requirements:
Responsible for the successful execution of all programming elements that include the following:
-Airing live and pre-recorded shows;
-All commercials and promos as scheduled;
-Completing traffic log and logging discrepancies;
-Airing emergency alert system tests as indicated;
-Engineering remote broadcasts and following station procedures. Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Machine Operator
Job Description:
This position is responsible for the operation of mail presorting machines to maintain accuracy and meet productivity standards.
-Operate MLOCR machines to sort and barcode mail received from customers.
-Maintains accuracy and productivity standards while running the equipment. Follows MPTQM practices and policies to assure quality of output by double checking the date, weight, thickness, presort slug, indicia, postage rate, class of mail, etc.
-Checks barcodes for quality (print quality, spacing, etc.).
-Understands machine software and how and when to change sort plans, set address blocks, etc. Maximizes read rates on the mail by making appropriate adjustments and/or notifying supervisor.
-Assists sweepers as needed. Assists in assuring there are proper tray labels, mail is put in the appropriate places, etc.
-Keeps down time to a minimum. If there is not mail to be primaried, re-feed rejects, fan sort residual, etc.
-Remains informed of Acceptance Times and when trucks must leave. Assures mail is prepared to hit these time.
-Assure the machine is running properly. Notifies technicians or supervisors of any problems noticed. Trouble shoots or notifies someone who can assist with any machine malfunctions.
-Maintains area around the machine to assure it is a clean, orderly and safe environment.

Production Operator
BASIC FUNCTION:
To operate machinery in a safe and efficient manner. Ensure product quality by following instructions and procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Operate production equipment to produce products in accordance with production needs.
-Produce assigned products in accordance with verbal and written instructions
-Complete equipment set-ups in accordance with customer specifications and quality procedures.
-Record length of time and quantity of materials used for each job.
-Inspect parts and document findings on appropriate paperwork as needed.

EQUIPMENT OPERATOR - ATLANTA, GA
The equipment operator is responsible for ensuring all machines utilized in the Production Department are functioning properly at all times and makes sures supplies are fully stocked and accessible. Responsible for moving exhibits and transcripts from the printer to the exhibits library in an organized and detailed manner.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
-Removes jobs off printer in an organized and efficient manner, associates DVD’S and CD’s with the correct jobs and places in the applicable regions as well as tracks and locates pending jobs. Maintain machine trays for jobs. Making sue title pages/company name are accurate.
-Communicates with RPC (Regional Production Coordinators) as to any changes in job status, at times will be required push through and expedite print jobs.
-Calls in any machine maintenance needed for all machines utilized in the Production Department. Notify supervisor with all details.
-Daily stock and inventory supplies for all machines in Production, including company title pages.
-Communicates with direct Supervisor as to any repetitive issues with machines and/or supplies in jeopardy of going below standard stock number.
-Helps support the UPS/FedEx Shipping Station as needed.
