Human Resources Delivery Partner - Atlanta, GA

Global Human Resources Manager
Position Purpose
Provide HR expertise, guidance, and support to business partners within the global headquarters group to ensure organizational objectives are met through the execution of human resources initiatives.
In partnership with the Global SVP HR and Regional HR Directors, develop HR strategies and provide full accountability for the successful implementation of HR processes, programs, and policies in order to maximize achievement of Recall’s short and long-term business goals.
Key Accountabilities
-Provide functional expertise, leadership, and creativity in all areas of human resources such as performance management, employee development, staffing, rewards, retention, employee engagement, and team building
-Drive effective delivery of Global HR programs and processes by partnering closely with business partners to ensure successful implementation and user adoption
-Propose new human resource approaches, policies, and procedures in alignment with the organization’s priorities to strengthen global standards and improve HR services performed
-Proactively assess/diagnose problems, implement changes, and identify appropriate organizational interventions
-Counsel and work with management to resolve conflict or controversy and maximize organizational results. Consult Legal for guidance and collaboration, when appropriate.
-Facilitate teambuilding and collaboration between functional departments (i.e. project teams).

This new position will support our HR Manager in providing exceptional customer service to our associates located on jobsites throughout the U.S. Our HR Representative position is ideal for someone interested in working with our seasoned HR Manager to continue building a knowledgeable and respected HR Team.
This opportunity will offer exposure to many HR areas such as benefit administration, policy and procedure development, employee relations, training, database maintenance, compensation, on-boarding and record-keeping (hardcopy and electronic). The HR Representative will serve as the first-point of contact to employees and supervision on benefit, policy and employee relations issues. In addition to day-to-day, hands-on, responsibilities; this role will contribute heavily to special projects such as job description development and career planning.
The ideal candidate will be customer focused, detail-oriented and committed to continued growth in the HR field. A strong benefits administration and employee relations background is required as is a demonstrated understanding and application of employment laws and best practices.

POSITION DESCRIPTION
POSITION PURPOSE
Implements HR plans and programs to ensure the most effective utilization of human resources in assigned departments.
MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
-Resolves general associate relations issues. Gathers information for investigations. Addresses turnover and looks for trends and problems. Identifies breaches of culture/values that impact workplace. Supports consistency in practice of SOP and employment law.
-Manages succession planning, management development and performance management in assigned area. Provides tools and facilitates meetings to ensure ongoing development (e.g., 360 degree feedback) and follow-up.

-Provides and trains management on selection and staffing resources and tools. Raises awareness of diversity and methods to increase quality and diversity of candidate pool.
-May plan, coordinate and attend job fairs.
