Human Resources Manager - Regional

The purpose for the position of Regional Human Resource Manager (RHRM) is to coordinate and assist the districts within the region in meeting their manpower needs for store personnel, including Store Managers, and other key holder positions. This includes recruiting, interviewing and recommending high energy, passionate, results focused key holder candidates for District Manager review and approval. The RHRM will advise the District Managers and Store Managers on day to day HR issues, as well as conduct HR investigations and HR audits. The RHRM will also assist with coordinating and tracking training activities for new store managers (and new district managers) within the region.

Major Duties:
Serve as HR Assistant performing a wide variety of complex procedural and substantive clerical duties in support of military personnel administration including, maintaining records, conducting audit reviews, managing flagging actions for soldiers who are suspended from receiving favorable personnel actions, and submitting EMILPO transactions. You will also manage and maintain records that are under review by the DA Qualitative Management Program (QMP) and when bars to reenlistment have been issued, process flagging actions. You will be responsible for maintenance of Military Personnel Records Jacket (MPRJ) by storing, filing, and posting; review all 201 files, DA Form 2, 2-1, and/or Officer Record Briefs, and notifies soldiers of necessary changes, additions and/or updates, i.e. physicals, photos, etc. Submit copies of required data changes and update information for inclusion in the Official Military Personnel Folder.
