Industrial Sales Account Manager
-Effectively utilizes, coordinates and cultivates relationships with internal and external customers. Interacts and works cohesively with the other industrial sales team members.

Duties: Stewardship of a specified list of agencies from order thru payment. Assist the Account Executive and Sales Planners in all aspects of the order process. Responsible for booking all new and revised orders. Develop a working relationship with Sales Operations, guaranteeing timely and precise order process. Collaborate with Sales, Strategic Planning and Sales Operations to properly manage the account list. Under the direction of the Account Executive, Sales Planner or Sales manager, resolve problems with copy, billing/invoices. order discrepancies, invoice adjustments and inventory issues. Maintain the central file, which includes all correspondence, contracts and revisions associated with the order. Maintain billing records on each account. Responsible for managing accounts receivables and meeting company established DSO goals. Establish strong contacts at both agency and client levels; act as a liaison with advertising agencies in monitoring accounts. Responsible for the typing of correspondence, faxing, filing, and all other clerical duties assigned by the Account Executive or management. Handle all other miscellaneous tasks assigned by Account Executive or management.
