Do you have strong customer service and telephone skills that make you an outstanding Customer Service Representative? We are seeking a professional, client -focused Customer Service Representative to support our clients with their questions and service needs. You will utilize your prior customer service experience to handle a high volume of incoming/outgoing calls in a fast paced environment. Your superior phone and data entry skills will ensure that orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner. Your attention to detail along with your problem solving skills will ensure resolution of customer issues. As a successful candidate you will have: - 3 to 4 years of specific customer service experience including taking and entering orders - Handling a high volume of incoming/outgoing calls - Excellent organizational and problem solving skills - Computer literate on PC, ie: Word, Excel, E-Mail, etc. SAP/AS400 experience a plus

NCR Field Service Technician (Customer Engineer level 2) associates provide installation, maintenance and repairs on equipment within an assigned territory/region to assure continuity of customer operations and high levels of customer satisfaction. In this role, you will have ownership of customer problems or incidents until the situation has been resolved to the customer’s satisfaction and or in compliance with agreed upon Service Level Agreements. You will perform Tier II/III work on products and services of medium-high complexity. Tier II/III products include large servers and mainframe computers and peripherals, large system printers and plotters, enterprise level servers, networks and software, item processing reader/sorters and networking issues on imaging systems, medium/high complexity networking/communications equipment, network and systems management/protocols (Ethernet, Token-Ring, StarLAN, NetBIOS, X.25). Primary services include hardware maintenance, installation, network management, multi-vendor maintenance and software support.

Rep I, Field Service
Position Description
Basic Function:
Entry level job assists the FSR with installing and maintaining gas meters, regulators, and other gas equipment, turning gas off and responding to both routine and emergency requests for gas service. Performs meter inspections and paints as needed to maintain compliance with atmospheric corrosion. Read meters and operate in the Automated Dispatch system for transferring and turning off customer premises.
Representative Duties and Responsibilities:
-Assists in setting gas meters, pressure-regulating devices, security/testing devices, etc., connecting gas lines installed by distribution crews to lines from customer premises.
-Assists in connecting and disconnecting gas service, manually turning meters on and off.
-Using leak detectors as well as natural senses (e.g., smell), locates gas leaks, decides on appropriate action and performs necessary repairs.
-Assists in performing scheduled inspections and maintenance of gas equipment such as meters, regulators, safety devices, etc. and records appropriate information.
-Assists with or conducts complete investigations of customer premises in response to questionable gas consumption (e.g. high bill complaints, stopped meters, etc.) and records appropriate information. Interacts with customers to answer questions, explain work performed, give instructions for operation of appliances, and promote gas usage.
-Performs other duties as assigned.

Customer Service Rep/Warehouse - Atlanta Stone
Job Description
-Performs various customer service duties such as: waiting on customers, assisting customers in determining order requirements, answering customer inquires, providing samples, providing direction/selection assistance, completing sales transactions, and accepting payments.
-Addresses and resolves customer complaints (returns and order errors).
-Performs various office administration duties such as processing payments and receipts, reconciliation of DSR’s and cash box, preparation of bank deposits, balance petty cash box, prepares various performance reports, updates customer master file and creates vendor orders.
-Performs various product order duties such as entering customer orders, creating plant/RDC orders, and completing stock replenishment orders.
-Waits on customers and prepare sales slips.
-Produces daily sales reports.
-Performs a variety of warehouse duties such as pull/assemble customer orders, check outbound orders for accuracy/completeness, inventory stock checks, restock and label vendor product, maintain displays (tools, caulk, etc.), move, store, and replenish material, and conduct daily cycle counts.
-Performs receiving duties such as receive and unload inbound material, process inbound shipments, stock material, process customer returns and notify management of damaged shipments for freight claims.
-Operates forklift equipment.
-Maintains clean and organized facility by sweeping, trash removal, etc.
-Maintains a safe working environment by obeying all safety rules as outlined in the Safety Program and by reporting all accidents, unsafe conditions and acts to Management.
-Performs other related duties as required.
