Duties:
Establish Service solution proposal project team to produce the required service deliverable required by bid. Ensures that bid solutions proposals are completed in a timely and quality manner.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Reporting to the Dean of Campus Life as Oxford College’s Chief Housing Officer, manages all residential education programs, housing budgets, staffing, publications and procedures. Oversees campus wide judicial procedures. Develops and updates college emergency procedures. Plans, administers, and monitors the department’s revenue, programmatic and personnel budgets as well as other housing related expenses (utilities, debt service, communications, etc.). An Environmental Services technician daily cleans and supplies patient rooms, wards, nursing stations, lounges, restrooms, offices and other assigned areas in accordance with the standards set by the Environmental Services Department and in accordance with hospital objectives.
