MAS-Major Accounts Specialty Services
The Major Accounts Outsourcing VP of Support Services has overall responsibility for leading the formation and ongoing change management of Comprehensive Services through Operations Support, Technology and Project Services. Operations support to include troubleshooting, system administration and service center positions in support of Comprehensive Services: HR, Benefits, Payroll.., alignment and collaboration with all outsourcing utilities, internal and external to ADP. Technology Services will identify and implement automation, provide support. In addition, this position will lead Interface Management, Technical Support Services and subsequent technology. With ownership of Project Services this position will be responsible for implementing all operating changes post implementation through Upgrades, general Project Management and testing environments. This position will also be the liaison with Implementation Services for staffing new business, upgrades and migrations. Leads Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity and Security initiatives throughout COMPREHENSIVE SERVICES. Works with all facets of of ADP corporate and field operations.

Federal Energy Services Manager
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Research the market to determine scale and nature of US Government Energy project opportunities
Identify and collaborate with counterparts in other B&V Divisions/Companies to develop sales and execution strategies
Develop and implement Federal Energy Services Strategic Plan as a part of the overall Federal Division Strategic Plan
Engage clients to gain on-the-ground insight into their needs and tailor offerings accordingly
Identify ONE B&V discriminators and avenues to serve targeted clients
Coordinate a cohesive and consistent B&V “branding” approach to this market/client
Develop tools to support business development efforts (Q&E’s, SF330’s, road-shows, white papers, presentations, brochures, etc.)
Leverage existing industry relationships and build new ones
Identify and help guide, or develop proposals within market, and assist with negotiations
Identify and help guide participation in conferences, advertising and PR efforts within market
Engage marketing and production staff as required for the successful acquisition and execution of Federal energy related projects. Identify capability gaps and assist in acquiring talent necessary to successful implement Strategic Plan.
Obtain new/repeat business for energy related projects
Oversee the execution of energy related projects
