NOC Engineer - Night Shift
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-24×7 monitor and testing of applications and systems including: servers, network gear, applications, inter-connectivity, and database systems.

Shift Process Engineer-Solar Cell Manufacturing
My client is seeking a Shift Process Engineer for their state-of-the-art facility. This is a hands-on position in which the engineer will work on the manufacturing floor trouble-shooting day-to-day problems and implementing long-term solutions. The engineer will work with a variety of equipment, including wet benches, high-speed automation, furnaces and deposition tools. Shift is 3pm – 3am.
Primary Responsibilities:
-Support the operation of a 24×7 Solar Cell manufacturing facility.
-Monitor line performance using statistical methods and provide troubleshooting and feedback support to Operations in order to maintain and improve process control.
-Support the start-up and continued operation of new tool sets.
-Implement and maintain operator work instructions and provide training as required.
-Work with Manufacturing Operations to achieve safety, quality and output objectives
-Support a program of continuous improvement consistent with company business objectives
-Work with R&D to evaluate and aggressively implement new technology

General Mechanic (IRC35510) - 2nd Shift Position
Brief Description
Performs minor trailer and truck repairs including component replacement requiring minimal diagnostic skills. Makes good value decisions following established guidelines. Provides general non diagnosis-type assistance to mechanics and maintenance team leaders. Completes routine repair work in the areas of tire changing, minor electrical, hydraulic, and minor accident repairs including completing the appropriate paperwork.
Detailed Description
-Performs duties in both the trailer, tractor and express areas of the shop when completing trailer Planned Maintenance (PMs), annual inspections and minor repairs on door seals, hardware, minor electrical, brakes, mud flaps, routine Qualcomm repairs, blower motors, and minor body work. Reads paper or electronic instructions to understand, document and close work orders to be completed.
-Works outdoors at the Fuel Island or similar areas to perform safety, or other related inspections and write-ups.
-Performs express-related services including tire changing, minor brake, electrical, and safety related inspections and work.
-Inspects components including: loose tie rod ends, king pins, wheel bearing, hood adjustment, and air ride height etc.
-Utilizes computer system (M5 and internet) to accurately create, track and complete work order repairs including the tracking of time (labor hours), parts used, work completed and locate technical information on the SNI Intranet or vendor web sites.

Prepares outgoing mail following specific job instructions by performing the following duties:
-Ensures that the mail is reviewed for proper date, postage, and good quality barcodes prior to being placed in the appropriate mail trays by verifying the zip codes on the mail match the mail trays properly.
-Checks for presort endorsement on the mail.
-Ensures that finished mail is organized neatly and placed right side up facing forward.
-Communicates errors found in the mail to operator or supervisor to prevent re-work of mail.
-Keeps postage metered rejects separated by postage rate.
-Keeps mail separated by specific jobs.
-Removes mail piece jams from machine by pulling mail backward and upward to avoid damaging the mail.
-Ensures that jammed mail is forwarded to the assigned bin to be properly sorted under proper client number, to avoid double counts on the machine.
-Forwards empty and unsealed envelopes to the correction department.
-Recognizes bad barcodes and notifies the operator.
-Ensures all mail is cleared from all sort bins on the machine and racks for mailing.
-Prepares out going mail for sleeving by placing full mail trays into tray sleeve.
-Keeps mail bins stocked by replacing mail trays and tag holders when they are low.
-Keeps work area clean by placing mail bins under machines or in APC’s.
-Picks up plastic straps and strapping material off floors to prevent possible tripping hazards.
-Other duties as assigned.
