Service Technician - Atlanta, Georgia
We are seeking a self-motivated field Service Technician to install, maintain and repair air compressors and related equipment.
The qualified candidate will be responsible for:
-Performing all maintenance and service on compressed air systems for customers in the Branch territory, including after hour’s emergencies
-Preparing all work orders, timesheets, and expense reports accurately/completely, neatly and timely
-Assisting with evaluation of Kaeser products for warranty, rebuilding and maintenance purposes
-Seeking new service work and parts/accessory sales
-Up-keep of all tools used for servicing compressors and related items
-Communicating with the Technical Department to find alternatives and solutions to problems on parts, compressors, blowers & vacuum units.

Field Service Technician
NCR Field Service Technician (Customer Engineer level 2) associates provide installation, maintenance and repairs on equipment within an assigned territory/region to assure continuity of customer operations and high levels of customer satisfaction. In this role, you will have ownership of customer problems or incidents until the situation has been resolved to the customer’s satisfaction and or in compliance with agreed upon Service Level Agreements. You will perform Tier II/III work on products and services of medium-high complexity. Tier II/III products include large servers and mainframe computers and peripherals, large system printers and plotters, enterprise level servers, networks and software, item processing reader/sorters and networking issues on imaging systems, medium/high complexity networking/communications equipment, network and systems management/protocols (Ethernet, Token-Ring, StarLAN, NetBIOS, X.25). Primary services include hardware maintenance, installation, network management, multi-vendor maintenance and software support.

SIP/Voice Technician
Perform VoIP engineering development and integration for deployment in a VoIP network in a lab environment. Create technical requirements and test plans for business services delivery via VoIP in a Broadsoft environment. Execute testing, perform issue identification and resolution, as well as project management for commercial services delivery via VoIP. Specific development tasks include Centrex and T-1 level services, IP/PBX, Hosted IP/PBX, VoIP Trunking and Clients. Coordinate testing services to include writing of test plans, formulating feature descriptions and hand-off for implementation. Entry of requirements, test plans, etc. in Quality Center.
Relevant fields include design and testing of: BroadSoft VoiceManager, Acme Packet Client, SIP to IAD, and SIP to PBX technologies, systems and services. Prior hands on technical experience working with and developing the above type systems is required.
