This Information Services Technology position will be responsible for providing technical support to the Capital Markets group in one or move of the following areas: Scheduled and regimented senior-level Windows Engineer support tasks and “Level 2″ maintenance/response for all data center operations and network access points within the SunTrust Robinson Humphrey footprint. This will include systems management and monitoring, incident response, daily/weekly/monthly reporting tasks, front-end user application deployment and support, server operations including hardware and operating system support and troubleshooting, and related support and administrative tasks for all IT operations within the Atlanta Financial center and Plaza locations, as well as those operations located within the STRH Disaster Recovery footprint. The individual will work with Engineering, Application Development, Compliance, and IT management personnel to insure rapid response to incidents, ritualized incident resolution and reporting, technical support delivery and escalation, data center management, and other related tasks. This position will coordinate support efforts up to “Level 2″ and “Level 3″ with the Manager of Server and Network Support and will interface directly with representatives of all other IS-associated departments within the SunTrust footprint, both Internal and External to STRH IS.
