Job Description:
Incident Management Process Owner: Experienced HP Service Center manager/administrator.
Sponsorship of the Incident Process - promote process, spokesperson, communications, direction, sets priorities, approves process changes
Incident Manager: Review Incident records and trends to ensure transactions are efficiently being processed through the system, identify bottlenecks and make process changes as necessary
Incident Manager: Ensure Incidents & Interactions are flowing through the system, review unassigned Incidents, Review closure, facilitate cross functional issues (e.g. lack of participation and ownership), escalates issues as necessary
Incident Manager: Review Incident metrics and standard reports, identify anomalies (e.g. data anomalies, process gaps, training gaps), closure rates, unassigned Incidents, identify and resolve issues (or escalate).
