Administrative/Clerical - Marketing/Client Relations Associate
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team of 2 people (to make it 3). This person must be insurance and securities licensed. The main responsibilities include scheduling, preparing for meetings (running reports), creating insurance illustrations and investment proposals, utilizing our Personal Planning Analysis software to produce comprehensive financial plans for clients, planning/organizing/executing all marketing initiatives, and general office administration. Other great qualities include good phone skills, good writing skills, ability to multitask, detailed organization, and proficiency in insurance and investment knowledge (to be able to explain to a client).
