Position Description
While responding to travel agent and client phone calls, you’ll research and resolve client issues and refund requests, compose correspondence, and process and input accounting reports.
-Answering phones
-Prepare credit card reconciliations
-Make deposits
-Prepare Excel spreadsheet weekly reports
-Document customer service detail in Resolve
-Inventory and order supplies
-Distribute incoming emails
-Collate invoices
-Performs other duties as assigned.
