AAA Parking is currently looking for a Scanning & Indexing Clerk in our corporate offices located in Midtown Atlanta.
The successful candidate must be able to carry out the responsibilities and expectations listed below:
The Scanning Clerk is responsible for:
-Scanning and indexing all documents
-Prepare and assemble batches of documents for scanning
-Using DocStar to Scan and Index the batched documents
-DSR
-Consolidation Reports
-AP
-Daily Checks
-Monthly Parker Paperwork
-Performing Quality Control - making required adjustments, deleting pages, reassembling documents, and adjusting scan parameters to the required software and hardware setting
