Overview:
Under direct supervision, performs various routine and accommodative tasks for patients in accordance with established hospital and department policies, standard nursing practice, and special instructions from professional nursing personnel. Performs basic skills included on competency checklist in her/his area. Performs diversional tasks for safety risk patients (High Fall Risk, Restraint Avoidance) including but not limited to turning, bathing, feeding, toileteting, and reading to the patient.
