JOB DESCRIPTION: Assists and provides residents with activities of daily living under the direct supervision of the Charge Nurse. Performs other related duties as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to understand and follow detailed oral and written instructions and to maintain nursing records and charts. Experience in a long term, geriatric health care facility desired. Certification by the State of Georgia as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Ability to do heavy lifting and moving of residents.
