Construction Project Manager
This individual will be responsible for the following:
-Full responsibility for execution of the construction scope for assigned projects.
-Review UCC proposals and contract requirements to insure that construction costs are accurately estimated to secure the Customer’s business while meeting UCC’s profit target. Team with the UCC Project Manager (design/supply scope) to develop the ‘Schedule A’ (scope split) document.
-Lead the contract negotiation with the General Contractor (and other sub-contractors). Prepare the sub-contract agreement document.
-Coordinate schedule needs with the UCC Project Manager to insure that construction activities align with material delivery dates.
-Coordinate activities and monitor the performance of the General Contractor and others sub-contractors to insure that schedules are met and system performance is not compromised. Identify construction risks and prepare action plans to mitigate UCC’s exposure.
