IT Project Manager Consultant
What are the job responsibilities?
1. Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of highly complex groups of projects (programs); providing a single point of contact for the program’s business and IT sponsors to manage the initiation, planning, implementation and closure of the multi-project, long term program
2. Partners with all functional/operational areas directly affected by the projects and programs (including end users, computer services, and client services) to manage the integration of activities and deliverables.
3. Articulates project objectives and defines scope; develops and communicates detailed work plans, schedules project estimates, resources plans, and status reports.
4. Facilitates program and project meetings, provides technical and analytical guidance to team.
5. Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and provides value-added solutions.
6. Provides peer review to project deliverables and ensures adherence to quality standards. Coaches and guides project managers.
7. Other duties as assigned.
