Job Description:
Our client is seeking a consultant that can assist with the objectives below:
-Review the existing Finance Compliance Program. Identify and document any additional applicable legal and regulatory requirements and any associated risks.
-Validate existing controls and define and document additional controls, where applicable.
-Testing of additional controls will be determined based on the number identified.
-Develop an ongoing maintenance process and method for keeping current with legal and regulatory standards. This includes identifying subject matter experts within the affected of Finance.
-Transfer process and all the information to the dedicated resources within the company.
-Proof of validation of existing controls.
-Documentation for controls that are missing.
-Maintenance process flow and documentation for keeping current with regulatory changes.
