Description
Clinical Program Consultant role supports clinical service operations by developing and implementing process improvements specific to clinical processes, identifying opportunities to support clinical managers, and leading projects that will result in improved clinical outcomes. Provides Operational support, measurement standards, and revisions as needed that incorporate applicable best practices with proven outcomes. Reviews the work of others.
-Develops innovative approaches.
-Provides mentoring, Training and ad hoc coaching to Clinical Managers
-Assists in the preparation for Audits (Clinical, Accreditation and/or Operational audits)
-Lead process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and/or effectiveness.
