On-Air Operations Coordinator
Duties: Create and Maintain the Marketing and Promotion System as well as the Generic Grid in order for the TNT Producers and Network Operations Groups to know what elements need to be produced and scheduled (35%). Review all TNT On Air Creative elements to ensure accuracy and maintain quality control. Communicate consistently with the producers and the Marketing department regarding the creative product. Deliver Elements to BOC and Cross Promotion Coordinators (35%). Relay information to and field phone calls from various departments concerning production, placement, and delivery of TNT On Air Creative elements (20%). Attend weekly Promotional and Packaging meetings to ensure correct placement and utilization of TNT On Air Creative Product (10&). Serve as weekend and after hours contact for TNT BOC to resolve problems with on air promotional or packaging elements (as needed).
