Youth Counselor/Direct Care Professional: The Potter’s House Family and Children Treatment Center
Organization is residential treatment facility licensed by the State of GA to provide treatment services to males between the ages of 6 to 17 years of age. Experience with physically and sexually abuse children is a plus.
Requirements:
Candidates must be team oriented, able to meet deadlines, following directions are critical, can express thoughts and ideas well both verbally and in writing (good documentation is important), well organized, able to manage multiple tasks, able to adapt to changing circumstances, self motivated, mature and dependable. Able to manage 6 boys between the ages of 6-17 years of age.
Transporting children to appointments, meal preparation, and ability to maintain a clean and neat environment is essential. Prior experience with a Residential Treatment Facility is a plus. Must be able to work with another staff member throughout the day, must be a team player. 2 years experience in a Residential Treatment setting.
