Participant Counselor
Job Description:
Diversified Investment Advisors, a leader in the retirement benefits marketplace, has a challenging opportunity for a Participant Counselor to provide on-site group enrollment/educational meetings and one-on-one counseling sessions with plan participants on retirement and investment needs.
Responsibilities
The incumbent will be responsible for plan promotion, participant education and managing education campaigns for an assigned group of clients.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills required. Knowledge of pensions and investments essential. College degree and/or equivalent work experience. FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63 required. Extensive travel within U.S. (frequent overnight) required. MUST BE BILINGUAL ENGLISH/SPANISH.
